We are an introduction service
Au Pair Away introduces traveling families to former au pairs. We are not an employer, an agency, or a payment intermediary. We do not set rates, schedule work, process pay, or guarantee that any arrangement happens.
You agree terms directly
Families and caregivers negotiate hours, rates and responsibilities between themselves, and pay each other directly. Any agreement is between those two parties only.
Verification is a signal, not a guarantee
Identity checks, program document review and host-family references are meaningful signals, but families remain responsible for their own judgement, interviews and local legal requirements.
Accounts and removal
We may pause or remove a profile that breaks these terms, misrepresents its history, or is the subject of a credible safety report.
