Three badges
ID verified means a government ID check passed. Program verified means we reviewed documents from their au pair agency. Host family confirmed means a former host parent confirmed the dates and wrote a reference.
Still do your own checks
Meet by video first, meet in a public place, and start with a short trial. Ask for local references too.
No payments through us
Never send deposits through the platform — there is no payment channel here, so any request claiming otherwise is a scam.
Report a problem
If something feels wrong, report the profile and we will review it. Serious concerns should also go to local authorities.
