Why we built this
It started with one flight to Mexico.
When our family travels to Mexico, our kids are looked after by a former au pair who lives there — a friend of one of our own au pairs. We fly her to whichever city we're visiting, and our kids get someone who already knows what an au pair family looks like. Somewhere in the middle of a great dinner out, it hit us: thousands of former au pairs have gone home to Latin America carrying exactly this kind of trust with them. Families just had no way to find them. Now they do.
