What stays private
Phone numbers, dates of birth, program documents, host-family email addresses and reference invitation links are never visible to other users of the platform.
What is public
A published profile shows a first name, photo, city and neighbourhood, languages, availability, badges and confirmed reference text. Full names and contact details are not published.
Host family references
A former host parent confirms a reference through a private one-time link. Their email address is stored only so we can send and re-send that invitation.
Deleting your data
Write to us and we will remove your profile and associated records.
